EINSTÜRZENDE NEUBAUTEN

EINSTÜRZENDE NEUBAUTEN

EINSTÜRZENDE NEUBAUTEN were formed in West Berlin in 1980 and became one of the defining projects in experimental and industrial music. Using self-built instruments, metal, machines, percussion and unconventional sound sources, the band developed a radically individual style between industrial, noise, avant-garde and experimental sound art.

Albums such as Kollaps, Zeichnungen des Patienten O.T., Halber Mensch, Haus der Lüge, Tabula Rasa, Perpetuum Mobile, Alles Wieder Offen and Alles in Allem form an extensive and stylistically diverse discography. Works such as Lament and Rampen (apm: alien pop music) also demonstrate the band’s continuous musical development.
