Info:	Doric is the solo, side-project of Stathis Leontiadis, mostly known as the one half of Human Puppets, as well as the Exetix, Plexiglas and Data Fragments. The Doric Debut-Album and 7” single were released on FABRIKA in 2013. Being involved in various avant garde/new wave music projects since 1996, intrigued by the all analogue mentality of the late 70’s-early 80’s music field, he passionately committed to vintage synths and machines, creating a very distinctive and specific style and considered by many as “specialist”. “Great Dead Cities” is Doric's 4th album, conceived and produced during the infamous 2020 Quarantine year. However: suprisingly it emerges with raw power, among the bleakest of gloom. Beginning with a low-fi, unadultered dismal but yet quickly waltzes its way out, without becoming stale. Immaculate, fresh drum machines & new wave synthesizers will acredit the listener to a much brighter ultimate and underline the obvious: Inner melody is the only weapon against all odds. Exceptionally neoteric but yet, never falls short of that very characteristic, oldschool "Doric" sound. "Great Dead Cities" is an Avant garde Synth pilot to survive any dystopic future.
