(Fredrik Sigeback and Vicomte Arkames) has over the years built a
steady fanbase within the harder EBM/Industrial scene with their harsh
and straight forward music. Fans of classic acts like The Klinik, Front
Line Assembly and Skinny Puppy for sure had a feast whenever the band
released something. With this new album "Mors Nobis" they are giving us
one last offering as this will be the last album of this duo. Once
again and for one last time we are treated with the finest darkness and
EBM one can wish for. “…then the adventure has come to an end. Our very last album is here. Nine new songs that we are incredibly proud of. Love to everyone who has followed us on our journey, you are the best! Love. Mors Nobis! Fredrik Sigeback: I am very grateful to have had the privilege of making four albums and over 100 songs with Arkames. From the very first song we made together there was an incredible almost telepathic connection with Arkames. He has been my musical brother for six years and it has been a privilege. We are ending the project on a high note and I hope you like it. I am continuing to work on other projects that you will be able to follow. Vicomte Arkames: Fredrik and I wanted to live a few bloody years intensely... and from this story came four albums that will remain engraved in our memories and in our hearts. I'd like to thank him for setting so many moments of my life to music. It was an incredible musical osmosis between Sweden and France. Let this work now lie on the dead plain as an offering to the crows, messengers of the Eternal.” |
